Cameroonian goalkeeper Andre Onana is set to join Trabzonspor on a one-year loan deal from Manchester United. According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the agreement between the two clubs was finalized last week, and the contract has now been signed. Trabzonspor will pay up to €1.5 million based on performance, and will cover the majority of Onana's salary during his stint. Notably, the loan deal does not include a purchase option, meaning Onana will return to Manchester United once the loan period ends. Onana previously played for Trabzonspor on loan during the 2025/2026 season, where he appeared in 29 matches and conceded 34 goals in the Turkish Super Lig.
