Georgy Dzhikiya has selected the number 14 jersey at Lokomotiv Moscow, continuing his tradition. The defender has signed until June 2027.

Georgy Dzhikiya, the new central defender for Lokomotiv Moscow, has chosen to wear the number 14 jersey, a number he has donned throughout his career. This decision aligns with his close friendship with Vedran Ćorluka, a Lokomotiv legend and fellow defender. On June 24th, the Moscow club announced the signing of the 32-year-old defender, who joined as a free agent and secured a contract until June 2027. Before joining Lokomotiv, Dzhikiya played for the Turkish club Antalyaspor. According to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is estimated at €1 million.
