He compared these sessions to those under former coach Alexey Shpilevsky. Kolyadin notes that the team is highly motivated to prepare for the new season with the aim to return to the Premier League. According to Kolyadin, the training sessions have become significantly more challenging and intense, with an increased focus on physical fitness. He emphasized the importance of physical conditioning, especially in the competitive environment of the PARI League. Kolyadin also mentioned that the team now has a specialist, Alexey Gusev, dedicated to set-pieces, bringing a new perspective to this aspect of the game. Kolyadin shared that under Gusev's guidance, the theoretical understanding of set-pieces has greatly improved, which they hope will be advantageous in the upcoming season. Alexey Shpilevsky was dismissed three games before the end of the 2025/2026 RPL season. Pari NN finished in 15th place, leading to their relegation to the PARI League for the 2026/2027 season.
