Brazil and Morocco secured their places in the next World Cup round, with Brazil comfortably defeating Scotland and Morocco battling to overcome Haiti. Vinicius Júnior was instrumental in Brazil's success, guiding them to an easy victory. Meanwhile, Morocco faced a challenging evening against Haiti, who had already been eliminated. Ismael Saibari once again found the net for Morocco. If the Netherlands win their group, they will face Morocco. Should Ronald Koeman's team finish second, Brazil will be their opponent. Morocco aimed to secure the top spot in Group C but fell short. Despite being out of contention, Haiti started strongly, taking an early lead through Lenny Joseph's effort, marking their first World Cup goal since 1974. Morocco equalized before halftime, with Achraf Hakimi scoring following a defensive error. Haiti momentarily regained the lead with Wilson Isidor's stunning strike, but Saibari's late first-half goal tied the game again. In the final stages, Morocco's substitutes made the difference. Soufiane Rahimi scored from a corner, and Gessime Yassine added another, with the goal confirmed after a VAR review.
