Nicola Amoruso backs the renewal of Dusan Vlahovic at Juventus, highlighting his abilities and the importance of quality signings for the club.
Nicola Amoruso has expressed his support for the potential retention of Dusan Vlahovic at Juventus. The former Juventus striker, in an interview with Tuttosport, mentioned that Vlahovic's lack of a new club does not imply that he is unwanted, stating, "The fact that he hasn't found a new home yet doesn't mean that no one wants him. The Serbian is a top player in that role." Amoruso emphasized the scarcity of strikers with Vlahovic's capabilities and potential, suggesting that renewing his contract could be the right decision.

He added, "He seems to have finished the season with a great mentality and a strong desire to play for Juventus. Spalletti has involved him in his game and given him great confidence, which is crucial for a striker. The goals he scored when fit demonstrate this. I hope an agreement can be reached."
When comparing Vlahovic to potential targets Alexander Sorloth and Randal Kolo Muani, Amoruso had no doubts: "If I have to choose one, I take Dusan all the way." He also offered advice for new Juventus CEO Giovanni Carnevali, emphasizing the need for quality players: "We need top players. It's not easy because missing out on the Champions League negatively impacts the assessment of such high-level profiles. But we must rebuild, starting from the history of Juventus, which is made of champions."
