Rose, who has enjoyed a successful career coaching top teams in Austria and Germany, is known for his energetic style, attacking football, and ability to develop young talents. He has previously led teams in the Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and UEFA Europa League. He replaces Spaniard Andoni Iraola, who parted ways with the club earlier this week.
