The Champions League final is classified as a "high-risk event," with security preparations having started over a year ago. In a separate incident on Friday, two Portuguese and a British man were arrested at the Champions League fan festival site and charged with disorderly conduct. Additionally, a British man was detained for causing damage to a vehicle after climbing onto its roof.
The match, which draws tens of thousands of fans to Budapest, is expected to proceed under tight security measures. With many supporters traveling without tickets, ensuring the safety of all attendees remains a top priority for local authorities. The outcome of the police investigation and the measures taken during the event will be closely monitored by both fans and officials alike.
