The speculation surrounding Alessandro Bastoni's potential transfer to Barcelona has been quelled by Inter Milan's president, Giuseppe Marotta. Recent talks have stalled, and Marotta has reassured fans that Bastoni is committed to staying at the club. "I believe our fans can be at ease regarding Bastoni's situation. He never asked to leave, is very happy here, and we are not a selling club," stated Marotta confidently. Furthermore, he emphasized that Bastoni has not expressed any desire to depart, saying, "If a player leaves, it's because they've expressed their wish to do so. He hasn't." Barcelona has yet to make a formal offer, and negotiations have cooled, suggesting Bastoni's move to the Catalan city remains unlikely at this time.
