Lucas Da Cunha has renewed his contract with Como until 2031, while Alberto Moreno and Sergi Roberto face uncertain futures.
French midfielder Lucas Da Cunha has solidified his place at Como, signing a contract extension that will keep him at the club until 2031. Da Cunha has been instrumental in Como's tactical approach under manager Cesc Fabregas, particularly excelling in penalty situations, having scored four out of four attempts this season. Over the course of the campaign, he has played over 3000 minutes, contributing six goals and five assists, proving crucial in many challenging matches.

Despite interest from clubs like Atalanta, Como was quick to secure Da Cunha's services with a long-term contract, indicating his value to the team. Meanwhile, the future of two other players at the club remains uncertain. Alberto Moreno, who managed to make a significant impact towards the latter part of the season with two goals and two assists in 19 appearances, is one of them. However, an injury has cast a shadow over his continuity at the club.
Sergi Roberto, a seasoned midfielder known for his past association with Barcelona, also finds himself at a crossroads. Both Moreno and Roberto are set to have discussions with Como's management in the coming weeks to determine their paths forward, as their contracts are nearing expiration. It is possible that they may depart this summer, leaving Fabregas with some gaps to fill in his squad.
