AC Milan is charting a new course for its future, albeit at a slower pace than initially planned compared to other Serie A giants. Amid the anticipated revamp of their management team following recent upheavals, Oliver Glasner emerges as a frontrunner to succeed Massimiliano Allegri. The Austrian coach, fresh from his achievements with Crystal Palace, has parted ways with the London club and given his preliminary approval to join Milan, pending final negotiations on a two-year contract worth €5 million per season including bonuses. Meanwhile, the possibility of Ralf Rangnick joining as a technical director remains uncertain. Currently the head coach of Austria, Rangnick has yet to make a final decision, with time running short as the World Cup approaches. Regardless of Rangnick's decision, Milan is in urgent need of stability to prepare for the upcoming season, following several recent disappointments.
