Palermo in Advanced Talks for Hernani from Monza

After a standout season with Monza, Hernani may return to Serie B as Palermo progresses in negotiations for the Brazilian midfielder. Modena also shows interest.

Hernani, a key figure in Monza's successful campaign for a Serie A return, is now the subject of interest from Palermo, with the Serie B club making significant advances in negotiations. The Brazilian midfielder, who joined Monza from Parma last January, left a notable impact with his 18 appearances and five goals. According to SkySport, Palermo is keen to add Hernani to their squad under the guidance of Filippo Inzaghi. Despite Palermo's advancements, Modena remains a potential competitor, having shown interest in Hernani for some time and possibly preparing a final bid for the player.
