Milan is looking to part ways with Rafael Leao and has offered him to Tottenham, while exploring loan options. Interest from other clubs remains limited.
Serie A side AC Milan has decided to part ways with Rafael Leao and is considering flexible options, including a loan deal. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri have initiated discussions with the forward’s entourage, indicating that the Portuguese attacker is not in Ruben Amorim’s plans moving forward. However, no concrete offers for Leao have been made so far.
Barcelona has shown only minimal interest, while Manchester United has not progressed beyond preliminary inquiries. Meanwhile, AC Milan is assessing Tottenham Hotspur's potential interest, as they have been offered the opportunity to sign the player. Moves to Saudi Arabia and Turkey do not appeal to Leao, leading his entourage to diplomatically seek other offers, which must be valued between €60-70 million.
If no suitable offers materialize, Milan may consider a loan with an obligation to buy, making Spurs a viable destination. There have been concerns regarding Leao’s work rate, but a new challenge could reignite his career. Tottenham, under Roberto De Zerbi, is undergoing a rebuild after a challenging season, and Leao could emerge as a pivotal player at a club eager to reclaim its former stature. De Zerbi’s tactical system favors attackers who exploit space during opposition pressing, which could enhance Leao's performance and productivity.
