Jordan has announced its final squad for the World Cup, featuring key players including Mousa Al-Tamari from Rennes and captain Ehsan Haddad, who returns from injury.
Jordan have named their final 26-man squad for their World Cup debut this summer. Coach Jamal Sellami's squad includes forward Mousa Al-Tamari of French side Rennes, although Al-Sailiya's Ali Olwan is the highest scorer among the group travelling to the United States. Captain Ehsan Haddad has been selected with the experienced defender having recovered after nearly a year out with an Achilles injury. However, striker Yazan Al-Naimat remains unavailable due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury suffered at the Arab Cup in December.
Jordan will have their final friendly against Colombia in San Diego on June 7 before playing in Group J. They will face Austria on June 16 and Algeria on June 22 in Santa Clara, before taking on holders Argentina in Dallas on June 27.
