Sales of Arsenal shirts bearing the name of Gabriel Magalhães skyrocketed by 350% following the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), which ended in a 1-1 draw and saw PSG triumph 4-3 on penalties. According to The Athletic, the 28-year-old Brazilian's jerseys became the best-selling items in the club's fan shop after the match. In the penalty shootout, Gabriel was Arsenal's fifth shooter but unfortunately shot over the bar, leading to PSG's victory. The match took place at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, officiated by German referee Daniel Siebert. This final marked Arsenal's second Champions League appearance in history and their first in 20 years. Gabriel has been with Arsenal since 2020, making a total of 261 appearances during his time at the club.
