Alexander Dyukov, the President of the Russian Football Union (RFS), addressed the attendance figures for the Fonbet Russian Cup from the previous season. He provided specific numbers, stating that the total attendance surpassed 1.3 million, ranking fourth among national cup tournaments globally. Additionally, TV broadcast reach was noted to be 237 million. This reflects a 6% increase in attendance compared to the previous season and a 13% rise in broadcast reach. Furthermore, Dyukov emphasized the record attendance at the Superfinal of the Russian Cup, which drew 72,000 spectators, marking a significant milestone in modern Russian history and the third highest attendance for final cup matches in European football this season, as reported by the RFS website.
