June 11, 2026 · Francisco Torres
Inter Milan is actively involved in negotiations to strengthen the team, targeting Curtis Jones and Ivan Provedel, while Alessandro Bastoni confirms his stay.
Inter Milan is in the midst of a busy period of meetings and negotiations as they aim to bolster their squad for the upcoming season. The focus in midfield is on Curtis Jones, who is highly favored by coach Cristian Chivu and the club's management. Recent discussions have made progress in narrowing the gap between Liverpool's asking price of €30 million and Inter's offer of €20 million.
Inter is also in talks with Udinese regarding Arthur Atta, although he is drawing significant interest from Premier League clubs. Additionally, negotiations for Oumar Solet are ongoing, with a potential deal nearing €20 million plus bonuses. In the goalkeeper position, Ivan Provedel has been identified as the backup for Josep Martinez, following Yann Sommer's departure. Provedel's agent, Gianni Rava, has met with Inter's management to discuss the deal, although Lazio's asking price exceeds the €2-3 million offered so far.

Tinti stated, "Bastoni is an Inter player and will definitely remain at Inter. He wears the Inter shirt proudly and is happy."
Inter's headquarters also hosted Pisa's management team, discussing the possibility of redeeming Akinsanmiro, potentially leading to a buy-back by Inter.
