Monza is on the verge of a coaching change as Paolo Bianco is reportedly in talks to join Pisa. Bianco, who has been with Monza since their promotion to Serie A via the playoffs, might leave the club due to unresolved differences with the management over transfer strategies and squad reinforcements. Although these issues seemed resolved, they have resurfaced, making Bianco's departure likely. Pisa, seeking to bounce back to Serie A after relegation, has approached Bianco and offered a two-year contract with an option for a third year. This role would see Bianco attempt to replicate his Monza success. Meanwhile, Monza is considering options for Bianco's successor, with Paolo Vanoli, recently successful with Fiorentina, as the leading candidate. Eusebio Di Francesco and Marco Baroni are also considered, with Gilardino as a potential choice.
